流動(dòng)性指數(shù)是綜合休止角、崩潰角、平板角、分散度、松裝密度、振實(shí)密度等參 
數(shù)，通過上述測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)得到差角、壓縮度、空隙率、均齊度等指標(biāo)，還能通過卡爾指數(shù) 得到流動(dòng)性指數(shù)、噴流性指數(shù)等參數(shù) 獲得.
振實(shí)密度：振實(shí)密度是指粉體裝填在特定容器后，對(duì)容器進(jìn)行振動(dòng)，從而破壞 
粉體中的空隙，使粉體處于緊密填充狀態(tài)后的密度。通過測(cè)量振實(shí)密度可以知 
道粉體的流動(dòng)性和空隙率等數(shù)據(jù)
松裝密度：松裝密度是指粉體在特定容器中處于自然充滿狀態(tài)后的密度。該指 
標(biāo)對(duì)存儲(chǔ)容器和包裝袋的設(shè)計(jì)很重要
休止角：粉體堆積層的自由表面在靜平衡狀態(tài)下，與水平面形成的*大角度叫 
做休止角。它是通過特定方式使粉體自然下落到特定平臺(tái)上形成的。休止角對(duì) 
粉體的流動(dòng)性影響大，休止角越小，粉體的流動(dòng)性越好。休止角也稱安息角、 
自然坡度角等。 


崩潰角：給測(cè)量休止角的堆積粉體以一定的沖擊，使其表面崩潰后圓錐體的底 
角稱為崩潰角。 
平板角：將埋在粉體中的平板向上垂直提起，粉體在平板上的自由表面（斜面） 
和平板之間的夾角與受到震動(dòng)后的夾角的平均值稱為平板角。在實(shí)際測(cè)量過程 
中，平板角是以平板提起后的角度和平板受到?jīng)_擊后除掉不穩(wěn)定粉體的角度的 
平均值來(lái)表示的。平板角越小粉體的流動(dòng)性越強(qiáng)。一般地，平板角大于休止角。 
分散度：粉體在空氣中分散的難易程度稱為分散度。測(cè)量方法是將 10 克試樣從 
一定高度落下后，測(cè)量接料盤外試樣占試樣總量的百分?jǐn)?shù)。分散度與試樣的分 
散性、漂浮性和飛濺性有關(guān)。如果分散度超過 50%，說明該樣品具有很強(qiáng)的飛濺 
傾向。
